Hawk watch

 We have had a family of Coopers Hawks making a nest in our tree 

in the backyard. Here are a few of the photos. 

The one with the young hawk in front has one 

of the adult hawks eating a fresh catch. 

Morning Rainbow!!

 We had a great rainstorm early this morning (July 3rd), 

about .6 inches at our house.

Bosque Del Apache Sandhill Cranes

 Had a great day with my father-in-law down at the Bosque del Apache taking pictures of Sandhill Cranes and Snow Geese. Not a great day for photos, but a good day out in God's creation!

Moose and her calf

I was up at Camp Tuttle last week, located between Solitude and Brighton ski areas. Had a great time and hiked to Lake Catherine and came across a moose and her calf.
